Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 3 Magelang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 3 Magelang yang terdiri dari 45 guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y= 8.243+0,253X1+0,239X2. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 3 Magelang sebesar 53,7%. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh 31,8% untuk kepemimpinan dan 24% untuk variabel lingkungan kerja fisik. The objectives of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of leadership on teacher performance and physical work environment toward teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Magelang. The population of this study are all teachers both SMP Negeri 3 Magelang consisted of 45 teachers. The data collection methods used are documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analysis using descriptive analysis percentages and the classical assumption. The formula found of multi linier regression in the reseaech finding that Y= 8.243+0,253X1+0,239X2. The results show no effect simultaneously between the influence of leadership on teacher performance and physical work environment toward teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Magelang at 53,7%. Partially the influence of 14,5% for the physical work environment cariables, 31,8% for the leadership and 24% for the physical work environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap semangat kerja guru di SMK Administrasi Perkantoran sekabupaten Kendal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Administrasi Perkantoran sekabupaten Kendal yang berjumlah 264 guru dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 159 guru yang didapat dari rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner  dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari kompensasi, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja guru yaitu sebesar 63,5%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial variabel kompensasi yaitu sebesar 45,97%, komunikasi internal sebesar 53,73%, dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 44,09%.The purpose of this research are knowing the influence of compensation, internal communication, and physical work environment simultaneously and partially to the teacher’s work spirit in Vocational School of Office Administration in Kendal Regency. Population of this research were all of teachers in Vocational School of Office Adminitration in Kendal Regency as many as 264 teachers and samples that incuded were 159 teachers from Slovin formula. Collecting data method in this research used quetionnaire and documentation. Analysis data method used persentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test analysis. Percentage of compensation influence, communication internal, and physical work environment simultaneously to the teacher’s work spirit is 63.5%. Whereas partially influence of compensation variable is 45.97%, intenal communication is 53.73%, and physical work environment is 44,09%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara tata ruang kantor, kelengkapan fasilitas dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di kantor kecamatan se-Kota Administratif Cilacap. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket tata ruang kantor, kelengkapan fasilitas, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan serta dokumentasi kantor kecamatan se-Kota Administratif Cilacap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda karena penelitian ini menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel independen, dengan persamaan Y = 3,375 + 0,327 X1 + 0,565 X2 + 0,557 X3, dengan Y (kinerja karyawan), X1 (tata ruang kantor), X2 (kelengkapan fasilitas), X3 ( motivasi kerja).The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is influence between office layout, completeness facilities and work motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The subjects research is employee at the district office a city Administrative Cilacap. Data collection instrument in this research using aquestionnaire office layout, compeletness facilities, work motivation, employee performance and documentation at the disctrict office a city  Administrative Cilacap. The analysis data technique are percentage descriptive, multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing analysis. Regression analysis used is multiple regression analysis because this research using two or more independent variables, with equation Y=3,375 + 0,327 X1 + 0,565 X2 + 0,557 X3, dengan Y (employee performance), X1 (office layout), X2 (completeness facilities), X3 ( work motivation).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dalam mendukung system informasi manajemen (SIM) di kantor Perpusakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rembang. Sumber data sebagai informan yaitu Kepala Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rembang, Kepala dan Staf Sub Bagian Tata Usaha, Kepala dan Seksi Arsip. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada perencanaan arsip dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan arsip dan ruang khusus untuk menyimpan arsip. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip diantaranya pelimpahan wewenang petugas arsip, pengalokasian anggaran, penyediaan peralatan dan perlengkapan, serta pengaplikasian sistem penyimpanan arsip. Pengendalian arsip untuk arsip yang mengalami kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal, seperti terserang rayap dilakukan dengan cara memberi obat anti rayap dan dibersihkan secara rutin seminggu sekali serta menempatkan arsip pada rak dan lemari arsip yang terbuat dari bahan besi atau logam. Pengawasan arsip tidak hanya dilakukan oleh Kepala pada masing-masing bagian tetapi juga dilakukan oleh Kepala Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rembang di masing-masing bagian baik Sub Bagian Tata Usaha maupun bagian Seksi Kearsipan yang mengelola arsip.The purpose of this research is the record management in support of management information systems (MIS) in the Library and Archieve Office in Rembang Regency. The sources data were from the Head of Library and Archieve Office in Rembang Regency, the Head and the staff of Administration Office, the Head and the staff of Archieve Office. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation, whereas; the procedures of the research were observation, in-depth interviews, and data analysis. The research showed that archival management needed a specific space for archieve storage. The implementations of archieve management were the transfer authority from the Head of Office to the employees or archivist, the budget allocation, the procurement of equipment and supplies, and the application of archieve storage system. Furthermore; it is needed to control the damage archieves which caused by external factor (such as attacked by termites), by giving  anti termite and cleaning routinely once a week, and putting the archieve on the filing cabinet which made of iron and metal. The archieves not only were controlled by the Head by each division, but it was also done by the Head of Library and Archieve Office in Rembang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tetap baik DPK maupun GTY di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus yang terdiri dari 41 guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 24,766 + 0,312X1 + 0,255X2 + 0,161X3. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja fisik, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus sebesar 43,6%. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh 14,5% untuk variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, 19,9% untuk variabel kepuasan kerja, dan 16,4% untuk variabel disiplin kerja.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the physical work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of teachers in SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. The population in this study are all permanent teachers both DPK and GTY SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus consisted of 41 teachers. The data collection methods used are documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analysis using descriptive analysis percentages, multiple linear regression analysis and the classical assumption. The formula found of multi linier regression in the research finding that Y = 24,766 + 0,312X1 + 0,255X2 + 0,161X3. The results show no effect simultaneously between the physical work environment, working satisfaction, and working discipline on the performance of teachers in SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus at 43.6%. Partially, the influence of 14.5% for the physical work environment variables, 19.9% for the variable job satisfaction, and 16.4% for the variable labor discipline.

Abstract

Minat menjadi guru merupakan pemusatan pikiran, perasaan, kemauan atau perhatian seseorang terhadap profesi guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2010 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2010 sebanyak 103 mahasiswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapat 82 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak dengan melihat proporsi tiap kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 kelompok faktor baru yang dapat mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi diantaranya yaitu a) persepsi mahasiswa tentang profesi guru (24,66%); b) kesejahteraan guru (18,69%); c) prestasi belajar (15,26%); d) pengalaman PPL (13,85%); e) teman bergaul (10,54%); f) lingkungan keluarga (4,32%); dan g) kepribadian (2,62%).Interest in becoming a teacher is a concentration of thought, feeling, volition or one's attention to the teaching profession. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence student interest in becoming a teacher in the accounting department of accounting education student class of 2010 State University of Semarang. The study population was a student of accounting department of education class of 2010 as many as 103 students. Determination of the number of samples obtained using the formula Slovin and 82 students. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique is random sampling with the proportions of each class. Methods of data collection using documentation and questionnaire method. Methods of data analysis using factor analysis and descriptive analysis of the percentage. The results showed that there were 7 new group of factors that can affect student interest in becoming a teacher of accounting among which are a) students' perceptions of the teaching profession (24.66%); b) the welfare of the teachers (18.69%); c) achievement (15.26%); d) experience of PPL (13.85%); e) hang out (10.54%); f) the family environment (4.32%); and g) personality (2.62%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh positif cara belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi akuntasi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Magelang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi berjumlah 93 siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Magelang. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Magelang yang berjumlah 93 orang, karena sampel dalam penelitian ini hanya berjumlah 93 siswa sehingga kurang dari 100, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan cara belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Magelang sebesar 70,1%. Sedangkan secara parsial cara belajar berpengaruh positif sebesar 15,8%, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif sebesar 8,6% dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif sebesar 4,6% terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Magelang.The purpose of this research is to know is there any positive influence of learning style, family environment, and learning facilitiy to the the accounting economics academic achievement 11th social students class at Senior High School 4 of Magelang either simultaneously or partially.The population in this study amounted to 93 students of 11th social class at Senior High School 4 of Magelang. Samples taken are all students of 11th social class at Senior High School 4 of Magelang, amounting to 93 students, because the sample in this study amounted to only 93 students, so less than 100, it can be concluded that this study is a population study. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While the methods of data analysis includes descriptive and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneous learning style, family environment, and learning facilitiy positive effect the learning achievement of economics academic achievement 11th social students class at Senior High School 4 of Magelang was 70,1%. While the partial positive effect of  learning style is 15.8%, family environment effect is 8,6% and learning facilitiy is 4,6% to the accounting economics academic achievement 11th social students class at Senior High School 4 of Magelang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh minat belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Magelang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi dengan 93 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi prestasi belajar (Y), minat belajar (X1), kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua (X2), dan lingkungan sekolah (X3). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar  ekonomi sebesar 79,6%, minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi sebesar 8,70%, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi sebesar 8,29%, lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi sebesar 22,85%.The purpose of this research was to know the existence of Influence of Learning Interest, Socio Economic Codition of Parent, School Environment toward Students Learning Achievement on Economics Subject at SMA N 4 Magelang. This type of research used in this study go round of quantitative research. This research used population research with 93 respondents. Methods in collecting the data: documentation and questionnaire. The variables of this study include learning achievement (Y), learning interest (X1), socio economic condition of parent (X2), and school environment (X3). This study used descriptive analysis and doubled-linier regression to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that students’ learning interest, socio economic condition of parent, and school environment were simultaneously influencing the students’ accounting learning achievement by 79,6%, learning intrest influenced the students’ economic learning achievement by 8,70%, socio economic condition of parent influenced the students’ economic learning achievement by 8,29%, school environment influenced the students’ accounting learning achievement by 22,85%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepercayaan diri, budaya lokal dan pendidikan agama terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Demak tahun ajaran 2013/2014 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Demak Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 62 siswa, seluruhnya dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskripstif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif kepercayaan diri siswa baik, budaya lokal sangat baik, pendidikan agama baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan ada pengaruh kepecercayaan diri, budaya lokal, pendidikan agama terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa (37,7%).(2) Ada pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa (16,56%).(3) Ada pengaruh budaya lokal terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa (10,50%).(4)Tidak ada pengaruh pendidikan agama terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of self-confidence, the local culture and religious education on learning outcomes of economic subjects class XI IPS SMAN 1 Demak 2013/2014 school year either simultaneously or partially. The population of the entire class XI IPS SMAN 1 Demak academic year 2013/2014 amounted to 62 students, all as respondents. Using questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation. Data analysis method used is deskripstif analysis techniques. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of both student confidence, the local culture is very good, good religious education. The results of this study showed no statistically significant effect of self kepecercayaan, local culture, religious education on learning outcomes of economics students (37.7%). (2) There is a confidence effect on learning outcomes of students of economic subjects (16.56%). (3) there is a local cultural influences on learning outcomes of students of economic subjects (10.50%). (4) there is no influence of religious education on learning outcomes of students of economic subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan kearsipan di kantor kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan Wiradesa sebanyak 57 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja sebesar 8.6%, besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 8.9%, besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan sebesar 10.6%, dan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan sebesar 8.7%. Sedangkan secara simultan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan sebesar 79.2%.. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the work discipline, working facilities, level of education and leadership towards archives management system in District office Wiradesa, Pekalongan either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research are 57 employees of District office Petarukan. The data collecting method is questionnaire, observations, documentation and interviews. The analysis data technique are descriptive and inferential analysis. Result of the analysis shows the multiple linear regression equivalent is Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. The calculations show the influence partially, the influence of labor discipline by 8.6%, the influence of the working facilities of 8.9%, the magnitude of the effect of educational level of 10.16%, as well as the influence of leadership by 8.7%. While the simultaneous influence of labor discipline, working facilities, level of education, and leadership that is equal to 79.2%.
